I train Muay Thai about 6 times a week, and my upper back and neck were always stiff, especially after [training, sparring and long days]. It was my first time trying sports massage, and I wasn't sure what to expect. After the session, my [neck and upper back] felt relieved and tightness was gone, and Fahad also showed me exercises to keep it from coming back. If you're a fighter or anyone with a tight neck and upper back, I'd recommend Muscle Minit.

"I strained my lower back on a long treadmill run and had to skip my half marathon. Even after a week of rest, heat pads, stretches and foam rolling, my lower back still felt strained every time I tried to train. With a full week of runs, Hyrox and gym sessions, I was worried I'd keep re-injuring it.
I was referred by a friend to Muscle Minit, and they sent their therapist to my home in the east. Sufian released my lower back, hips, glutes and shoulder, and Fahad explained why my lower back was taking the load: long hours of sitting had switched off my glutes. He then put me on a step-by-step plan to fix it at the root, and checks in on my progress as I get back to full training.
After the session, I felt loose and able to train again and now I can train without lower back strain
If you're a runner or Hyrox athlete whose lower back keeps flaring up even with rest and stretching, I'd recommend Muscle Minit. - Caleb Lim··from Google
I train Taekwondo about 2 times a week. My left hip was always tight, and I couldn't get my side kick as high as I wanted. It was affecting my training, and I was worried about not progressing. Within 10 minutes, my left hip opened up and my kick was more smooth. The rest of the session was sports massage, and I left feeling better and more flexible, the soreness was not so bad. I'll be back in 3 weeks for maintenance to keep my hips in check. If you're a martial artist with tight hips holding back your kicks, I'd recommend Muscle Minit."

"As a Fitness Instructor, I'm on my feet and active every day. I'd been having pain at the side and back of my knee for few weeks and it was affecting my own training and daily work which involves running & strength training. I came to Muscle Minit through recommendations & read reviews on them, After the session, the pain & my range of movement improves, and I finally understood the root cause of my pain. If I hadn't come, I'd probably still be in pain & pushing through it. If you're active and dealing with nagging pain that won't go away, I'd recommend Muscle Minit."

First session at Muscle Minit for my lower back … as a dad of 3 (soon 4), years of carrying my kids finally caught up with me.
The therapist worked on my lower back and explained what was actually causing the pain, then gave me a plan to manage it going forward. Didn’t feel like just a one-off massage, felt like there was actual thought behind it.
Already feeling looser after one session. Going back in 3 weeks to follow up. Would recommend if you’re a dad dealing with back pain from carrying kids. - Chester Fang··from Google
I am a Financial Consultant and also heavily involved with BNI, that’s how I met Fahad!
The point is, the things that I do often require me to sit long hours in front of a computer.
I had this tingling sensation in my shoulder, even just standing up, and if I left it, it would've gotten worse and affected my productivity during presentations and meetings.
I went to Fahad at Muscle Minit and left feeling so much better, and finally understood what was actually going on with my shoulder. If I hadn't gone, I'd probably still be dealing with it on a daily just thinking it will go away with time, but never did.
This is for anyone who gets random shoulder tingling or numbness, especially if u are static a lot for work like me! - Chris Susanto··from Google

I’m a civil servant and my job needs me to stay fit. Before an important fitness test, my ankle was swollen and painful during training. And it accumulates till it was swollen. At Muscle Minit, he was very knowledgeable to know what caused my injury and we did therapy on my shin and glutes which caused my ankle to feel weak. He also advised me on exercises I can do to avoid getting injured again. It really helped me get through the test in good shape. I had another problem with my back and since I had a good experience the first time, I came back since ai trusted him with recover. Now I come back for maintenance to keep it in check. Would recommend to anyone who needs their body ready for something important.
